Toby’s Cove is fully furnished home on a pristine powdery white sand beach. The sun deck is over 1,500 square feet and includes deck table with umbrella sunshade, 8 deck chairs and 6 lounging chairs. There’s even an outdoor shower. Inside the home is tastefully decorated and furnished with a very large open living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. There’s even a Bose sound system for listening to your favorite tunes. High Speed Broadband Internet is available from both BTC and Aliv wireless networks. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, another bedroom and bathroom downstairs in a studio apartment, and a detached garage with 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. The utility room on the ground floor has storage space for all tools and outdoor items. Water is supplied by the 20,000 gallon cistern with rain water, and is triple filtered and UV treated to ensure the freshest and safest water for all needs. The Kitchen Range uses LP gas. A private road provides access to Toby’s Cove on Pigeon Cay.
